KKK is an independent partner to virtually every major engine manufacturer worldwide, including MAN, Mercedes and Porsche. KKK offers efficient turbos suitable for 20 and 1000 kW engine applications. 1899 saw the establishment of the joint-stock company of Kühnle, Kopp & Kausch (KKK) in Frankenthal, Germany. In 1998, 3K-Warner Turbosystems GmbH was founded as a BorgWarner subsidiary, after the acquisition of the supercharging systems division of KKK. In 2003, 3K-Warner Turbosystems GmbH underwent a name change and is now called BorgWarner Turbo Systems GmbH.
